1) DO WE PROVIDE PACKING BOXES FOR HOUSE MOVES & RELOCATIONS?
YES! We can provide packing Boxes, But there is a refundable charge for the boxes supplied, refund given when boxes are returned or collected by us in good condition, as we re-use the Boxes,if however you would like to keep the Boxes from the start we can just sell them to you, please contact us for sizes & price list!
2) DO WE EVER DO HOUSE/PROPERTY CLEARING FOR FREE?
YES! But only if there are a lot of item's of value to be cleared that can be sold by us! (eg.old Antique type items) this would be to cover the cost of staff, fuel, overheads, & tipping fees for items that we cannot RECYCLE!!.
3) CAN WE CLEAN THE PROPERTY AFTER IT IS CLEARED? YES! We can clean the property after all contents are cleared, for an extra fee!, we can also remove carpets / floor coverings/old kitchen units etc, & make some small repaires to the property at an agreeable price! The same type of cleaning service is also offered after you vacate a premises in a normal house move, this saves you the hard work & worry in leaving the premises clean for the new owner or tenant, thus giving you more time to settle into your new home.
4) WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY UNWANTED PAPERWORK THAT IS AT THE PROPERTY?
No problem to us as we will shred it, then RECYCLE the paper!, if however some sort of valuable paperwork is found e.g- deeds to the property or a lost will of the deceased etc!, this we would save & return to the person we are working for ie-relatives!
5) DO WE HAVE A STANDARD RATE? & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
NO! We dont have a standared rate,as every job is different ie- the size of property to be cleared,amount of furniture in the said property,location of property,ie-distance to travel for fuel costs, number of staff required to do the job, amount of rubbish/or good items involved. We can give you an approx cost over the phone or via email, if you contact us giving full details of the job including all the above mentioned facts!
6) WHAT DOES A HOUSE CLEARANCE ENTAIL?
What it does not entail is a lot of work for you! We do all the hard work, When possible we will call to the property & walk it with you, so that we Know exactly what is to go & what is to remain at the property, it is also very important for us to know what if any items will be removed Before we do the clearance, as we will price the job on items that we see on the day that have to be removed by us, some of these said items may be sold by us to offset some of tipping costs of items that can't be RECYCLED!!, this way we keep the cost lower to you our customer!, PLEASE NOTE- if a lot of items of value are removed after we give our price,we will have to re-price the job, or look for more money to compensate our tipping costs! we will arrive at the said property at a convenient time, & on time & remove/clear the property of everything that you tell us to clear, in Approx-2 to 8 hours, depending on the size of property & amount of contents! If you have ordered our after clearance cleaning service, this would then be done after the property is cleared.
7) WHAT DO YOU CLEAR?
We will clear all contents from Deceased estates, Rented properties, properties to be sold, Schools, Pubs, Factories, Churces,etc!
This can be from Furniture,Personal effect's, TVs, Fridges, Freezers, Clothes, Bric-a'-Brac, to even a Car in the Garage or Garden, a Boat or Caravan on the drive, to stuff in the loft.
we will clear Sheds, Garages & even Junk from your Garden and the Garden itself, cutting back trees and Bushes, Grass Cutting, and we will clear any fly-tipped rubbish/junk from the garden or yard.
(HOWEVER WE DO NOT CLEAR BUILDERS WASTE!)
8) DO YOU CLEAR VERMINOUS PROPERTY?
YES! But there will be special higher rates for such work, this can be the clearance & disposal of rotten/ decaying foodstuff! , Cleaning & Disinfecting of the interior work & floor surfaces, Removal & disposal of any Contaminated Carpets if they can't be cleaned, Clearance & disposal of any contaminated furniture, soiled clothing etc.
9) WHAT DAYS & TIMES DO YOU WORK?
We will work 7 days a week, from 8am till Late, we do try not to work after 8pm, but will work on to get the job complete, if necessary! ( some Bank Holidays we are closed. eg-Christmas day/ New Years day!)
10) WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CLEARED ITEMS?
We Recycle a large % of all cleared items at Recycling Managment sites!, some items may be sold by us, items of Bric-a'-brac,Bedding & Clothing we give to Charity's!

We use a standard Luton Box van!
